Geology Service suspends about 20 oil and gas licenses
The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources has suspended about 20 special permits for subsoil use due to violation of their conditions.
The corresponding decision is stipulated in resolutions Nos. 448-449 of October 17 posted on the agency's website.
In particular, the service suspended the special permits issued to Ukreastgas, Azov Petroleum, Ukrnaftogazrozvidka, Interregional Gas Company, New Projects, TGD, Engineering and Drilling Group Triton, Waters of Ukraine, Ukrgeoinvest, Naftogazrozrobka, Ecological Systems of Ukraine, Ukrainian Independent Geological Company, PJSC Zasiadko mine, and PJSC Plast.
In addition, the service by order No. 453 dated October 17 suspended the validity of one license of Prime-Gaz LLC.
All subsoil users are provided with deadlines for elimination of violations.
