Court confirms annulment of decision to transfer Ukrzaliznytsia to economy ministry's management

Kyiv's administrative court of appeals has confirmed the unlawfulness of transferring public joint-stock company Ukrzaliznytsia from management of Infrastructure Ministry to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry, Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has said.

The court made the decision on October 18, he wrote on his Facebook page.

"The court read out a ruling according to which the appeals of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Economic Development have been left without satisfaction. The court's decision has already entered into force!" he wrote.
