Ukrspyrt agrees on vodka exports to Germany

Ukrspyrt has agreed with Maxifood on the supply of vodka of its own brand to Germany.

According to a company press release, the matter concerns the export of Starozhytnia vodka produced at the Lutsk plant of Ukrspyrt state enterprise.

It is noted that the first batch is now being prepared for shipment.

It is planned to start negotiations soon on the supply of products to Italy and France.

The net profit of Ukrspyrt in 2016 amounted to UAH 97.1 million against a net loss of UAH 84 million in 2015.

Ukrspyrt production in 2016 increased by 2%, to UAH 1.822 billion in comparison with the previous year. The share of ethyl alcohol in total production is 93.5%.

Ukrspyrt is managed by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, which drafted a bill on the privatization of the state company.
