Court postpones preliminary hearing of Siemens lawsuit over Crimean turbines to Oct 16
The Moscow Arbitration Court on Monday postponed the preliminary hearing of a lawsuit filed by Siemens against LLC VO Technopromexport (TPE) and OJSC VO Technopromexport (TPE) until October 16, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courthouse.
The court also agreed to a motion by LLC Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies to reclassify the company from defendant to co-plaintiff.
