Decision of Stockholm arbitration court in gas transit case expected in Nov
Head of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy Andriy Kobolev expects that the decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in the gas transit case in November 2017.
"As far as we know the schedule did not change in the [gas] transit case. We are to receive the decision in the transit case in November," Kobolev said at the 14th annual YES conference in Kyiv on Friday.
Kobolev said that the company can only win in this case.
He believes that it would be important for retaining transit whether Gazprom is obliged to pay to Naftogaz Ukrainy for short-supplied volumes of gas.
