Philip Morris Ukraine starts exporting products to Albania, Saudi Arabia
Philip Morris Ukraine, a large tobacco company in Ukraine, has announced that the company started exporting the products of Kharkiv tobacco factory to Saudi Arabia and Albania.
According to a company press release, the Ukrainian factory will produce over 10 items for these countries.
Kharkiv tobacco factory produces over 150 items of finished products, which are also shipped to Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Japan.
"Today the Philip Morris Ukraine's tobacco factory in Kharkiv is an integral export industrial hub of the company for EEMA markets. Over 40% of cigarettes made at the factory are supplied to foreign markets," Deputy CEO Ihor Kroshko said.
He said that the factory in Kharkiv also produces cut filler for Egypt and filters for other industrial centers of the company in EEMA and the EU.
