Farmers receive UAH 591 mln of state subsidies for June
The State Treasury Service of Ukraine transferred UAH 590.68 million of budget subsidies to agricultural producers in June.
According to a report by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, 737 agricultural producers received state subsidies for June.
The total amount of subsidies farmers received in 2017 was UAH 1.9 billion.
As reported, the ministry transferred UAH 528.9 million of budget subsidies to agricultural producers in May, UAH 473.5 million for April, UAH 241.8 million for March, and UAH 79.8 million for February.
The Cabinet of Ministers foresaw UAH 4 billion of state subsidies for the agroindustrial complex in 2017.
The budget for 2017 also stipulates UAH 300 million for the program of compensation of credit rates for farmers, UAH 65 million for loans to farmers, UAH 170 million for livestock support, UAH 75 million for the development of hop-growing, gardens, vineyards, and UAH 287.8 million for other programs.
