Kyivstar to send UAH 1.5 bln to pay dividends for 2014-2015

Kyivstar mobile communications operator will send UAH 1.499 billion to pay dividends for 2014-2016, including UAH 695 million for 2014 and UAH 804 million for 2015, the company has reported.

The decision was made by the company's shareholders at a general meeting on July 17, 2017.

The list of persons who have the right to receive the dividends is to be drawn up before August 9, 2017. Dividends will be paid from August 15 through December 5, 2017.

According to the report, the dividends will be paid directly to shareholders in several tranches.

"The dates for paying dividends in several tranches proportionally to all persons who have the right to receive the dividends is August 15, September 5, October 4 and November 7, 2017," the company said.
