Second ship with coal from South Africa for DTEK TPPs arrives to Ukraine
A second ship this year with 75,000 tonnes of anthracite for Prydniprovska and Kryvy Rih thermal power plants (TPPs) of DTEK Energo arrived to the Yuzhny port on July 23, the company’s press service has reported.
The press service said that coal will be unloaded in three or four days.
The press service said that the first ship with 75,000 tonnes of coal for DTEK's TPPs arrived to Ukraine on May 25, 2017. The company contracted a total of 675,000 tonnes of coal from South Arfica.
As of July 23, 2017, anthracite stocks at Prydniprovska and Kryvy Rih TPPs was 110,000 and 90,000 tonnes respectively.
