Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has stated it is necessary as soon as possible to create supervisory boards and replace management involving international partners at Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant, PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukrkhimtransammiak and Ukrspyrt.
"Our task regarding not only Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant but also Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukrkhimtransammiak and other major state-owned companies is as follows: we must quickly create supervisory boards and completely replace management, but replace management attracting international partners," he said on the air of ICTV Channel.
The premier stressed the same applies to Ukrspyrt.
He added the cost of Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant has not decreased in recent years, despite debt accumulation.
"I think the cost of the plant [Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant] is approximately the same as a year and two years ago," Groysman said.
