Chornobyl NPP switches to manual radiation monitoring over cyber attack
Chornobyl nuclear power plant (NPP) has switched to manual radiation monitoring of the industrial site over a cyber-attack, the press service of the State Agency for Exclusion Zone Management has reported.
"The website of Chornobyl NNP is down over a cyber-attack. All technological systems of the plant are operating as usual. Due to the temporary disconnection of Windows OS the plant is manually monitoring radiation levels on the industrial site," the plant said on Tuesday.
