The Basmanny District Court in Moscow has extended the arrest of property of Lipetsk Factory Roshen until September 13, 2017, the corporation said on its website on Monday.

"The value of the seized property is in large excess over the amount of the allegedly caused damage, which is constantly repeated by the lawyers. As reported, the court in December 2016 arrested the assets of Lipetsk Factory – 17 property facilities to secure the criminal case on the allegedly stolen 180 million Russian rubles from the Russian budget via the unlawful VAT refunds.
