Ukrnafta to sell non-core property through ProZorro
PJSC Ukrnafta intends to sell non-core property through the ProZorro.sale system, according to the website of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
"Joining the ProZorro.sale system will allow the company to get a competitive price when selling non-core and unnecessary assets that are not used in production activities," the ministry's press service said citing Ukrnafta deputy chairman Robert Whalley.
Ukrnafta is the country's largest oil producer.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta. A group of companies associated with the former shareholders of PrivatBank holds about 42% of the shares.
