Deloitte will prepare plan for Energoatom corporatization by July - Nasalyk
Deloitte will prepare a plan for corporatization of Energoatom energy generating company by the end of June, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk has said when presenting the draft Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035 in Kyiv.
"An agreement with Deloitte has been signed... By the end of June we will receive a plan for corporatization of Energoatom," he said.
Energoatom is the operator of all four operating nuclear power plants in Ukraine. It operates 15 power units which have 15 VVER reactors with an overall generating capacity of 13.835 gigawatts.
