Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said that the draft medium term action plan until 2020 foresees the provision of GDP growth by 4-5% every year.
"We must build a strong and competitive economy. We must provide for annual stable growth of at least 4-5% for GDP," the prime minister said at the government meeting on Monday presenting the draft plan.
He said that Ukraine must shift away from the raw material intensive economy and develop own economy.
