Kernel's manager sells 7,043 company shares for almost $129,000
A legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, on March 28, 2017 sold a total of 7,043 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. (Luxembourg).
According to a company report on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), the shares were sold at an average price of 72.25 PLN per share ($18.30 under the current exchange rate).
According to WSE, Kernel's shares price on March 31 fell by 2.3% to PLN 71.50 per share ($18.10).
Kernel is the world's largest producer and exporter of sunflower oil. It is the leading manufacturer and supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to world markets.
