High court in London approves quick hearing of Russia's lawsuit against Ukraine over $3 bln bond debt
The High Court in London on Wednesday approved the quick hearing of Russia's lawsuit against Ukraine over the $3 billion bond default, according to a decision of the court.
The judge denied all arguments of Ukraine. The court lifted all accusations of political pressure on Ukraine from Russia.
Ukraine seeks to challenge the decision of the High Court in London. The court permitted filing a counterclaim.
