The technical mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has begun its work in Ukraine and will consider among other things the concept of the development of the State Fiscal Service (SFS), the Ukrainian Finance Ministry said.
"The key issues on the agenda include the IMF's assessment of and recommendations for the concept of the State Fiscal Service development, which was drafted by the Finance Ministry together with the SFS," the ministry said.
The ministry added that together with the IMF they are working on launching a medium-term reform of the State Fiscal Service, which is one of the key priorities for the Finance Ministry and is essential for improving the tax administration system.
