Kernel's manager sells 15,046 company shares for $284,430
A legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, from March 14 through March 16, 2017 sold a total of 15,046 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. (Luxembourg).
According to a company report on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), the shares were sold at an average price of 75.46 PLN per share ($18.90 under the current exchange rate).
According to WSE, Kernel's shares price on March 17 fell by 1% to PLN 74.70 per share.
Kernel is the world's largest producer and exporter of sunflower oil. It is the leading manufacturer and supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to world markets.
Kernel's share of the world's sunflower oil production is about 8%.
