AMC permits Kernel to buy ten farms in three regions from Glencore
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has permitted Jerste B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), part of Kernel Holding S.A., to acquire shares in the charter capital of ten agricultural enterprises in Cherkasy, Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions.
According to a report on the AMC's website, Jerste B.V. was allowed to buy shares in the charter capital of Chernivchanka-Agro LLC (Vinnytsia region), Buzhanske LLC (Cherkasy region), private enterprise Vita-Kolos (Cherkasy region), Interagroinvest LLC (Kyiv region), Kriazh & Co LLC (Vinnytsia region), Luchanske-2 LLC (Kyiv region), Mriya LLC (Vinnytsia region), Podil LLC (Cherkasy region), Svitanok (Kyiv region), Fediukivka-Agro LLC (Cherkasy region), which provides the buyer with over 50% of the voting shares on the companies' board.
