The business court in Lviv region has decided to unblock accounts of state-run enterprise Lvivvuhillia, Chairman of the trade union committee of Mezhyrichanska coalmine Andriy Paska has said.
"The court heard two our complaints and fully satisfied them. The accounts are to be unblocked and the funds are to go to pay wages," he told reporters after a hearing on Thursday in Lviv.
Paska said that he does not know when the enforcement service will unblock the accounts.
"The stamped court ruling will be issued within three days. We hope that the accounts would be unblocked as soon as possible. This depends on the enforcement service," he said.
On March 9, miners of Lvivvuhillia suspended shipment of coal to consumers, demanding to unblock accounts and pay wage arrears exceeding UAH 100 million.
