Ukrtransgaz sees revenues rise by 1.5 times in 2016
PJSC Ukrtransgaz in 2016 increased net income by 52.4% (UAH 13.2 billion) compared with 2015, to UAH 38.4 billion, the press service of the operator of Ukraine's gas transportation system has said, with reference to suspended company head Ihor Prokopiv.
According to him, payment of taxes to the budgets of all levels by the company last year amounted to nearly UAH 7 billion. The level of capital investment in 2016 doubled, to UAH 2.5 billion.
The average wage of employees at the company in 2016 increased by 1.5 times, to UAH 11,900. In 2017 wages are to be raised to UAH 16,300.
