Current credit rates cannot trigger economy development - PM
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman backs the cheapening of credits both for industry and Ukrainian citizens.
"In fact, the cheapening of credits concerns both industry and other things. Unfortunately, the today credit rates do not stimulate development of the economy… I think that the National Bank must create new approaches that would help to inject the credit resource with the medium cost into the Ukrainian economy," he said at the conference entitled "Transformation'17. What will reforms change in the lives of Ukrainian citizens" in Kyiv on Thursday, answering the question about affordability of mortgage credits for youth.
The prime minister said that it is important for the youth to have good job with a good salary.
