IMF provides final version of memo, all issues resolved
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the evening on March 1 sent to Ukraine the final wording of the memorandum on economic and financial policy under the EFF program, the signing of which by Ukraine will enable the fund to consider the issue of the fourth tranche worth $1 billion, NBU Head Valeriya Gontareva has said.
"Everything is all right on the part of the NBU, I'm ready to sign it today. On the part of the Ministry of Finance, the prime minister, others – ask them," the head of the central bank said at a press conference in Kyiv.
Gontareva expressed hope the document would be signed in the near future.
According to her, after signing it will take two or three weeks to conduct a meeting of the IMF Executive Board.
