Aviation service suspends Dart airline's certificate, EASA suspends permit to fly to EU
Ukraine's State Aviation Service has suspended the operation certificate of Dart Airline (Kyiv).
The press service of the authority told Interfax-Ukraine that the decision was made as the certificate failed to meet certification requirements.
"The certificate has been suspended until the airline complies with remarks," the authority said.
In addition, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) temporarily suspended the permit to Dart Airline to fly to the countries of the European Union (EU).
This is outlined in the list of authorized third country operators for flights to the EU dated February 27, 2017 posted on the EASA website.
Dart Airline has been operating as a charter airline since 1997. The company operates Bombardier Lear Jet 60, Airbus-320 and Boeing 737-300/500 aircraft.
