Ukrgazvydobuvannia announces tenders to buy 12 drilling rigs
Public joint-stock company Ukrgazvydobuvannia has announced tenders to buy 12 basic drilling rigs, the company's press service has reported.
Two tenders envisage the acquisition of five drilling rigs each with a carrying capacity of 450 tonnes. The expected price is UAH 2.026 billion for each batch. Another tender foresees the purchase of two drilling rigs with a carrying capacity of 320 tonnes. The expected price of the batch is UAH 846 million.
Bids can be submitted until March 22. The tenders will be held at the end of April or early May. The equipment is to be delivered in 2017 and 2018.
Ukrgazvydobuvannia, which is wholly owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy, is Ukraine's biggest gas producer, accounting for about 75% of natural gas production.
