Energy office working on reducing industrial enterprises' power consumption by up to 10% during peak hours
Regional state administrations, regional power companies should jointly with industrial enterprises work on the schedule of load and consumption, which would allow the possibility of reducing consumption by up to 10%, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services Hennadiy Zubko has said at an extraordinary meeting of the State Commission on Technology-Related and Ecological Safety and Emergencies in Kyiv.
"To develop a schedule with industrial enterprises to ensure the reduction of consumption by up to 10% in peak hours from 08.00 to 22.00," he said.
