Nova Poshta to switch to IFRS, conduct international audit
Nova Poshta Group seeks to switch to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), the co-owner of the group Volodymyr Popereshniuk has said.
"We are switching to IFRS. We are registering a group of companies and plan that next year our reports will be public. It will be easier then to speak about figures," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
He also said that it is planned to conduct an international audit in the future.
"Entire work in 2016 aimed at preparations for audit. We have almost selected who from Big Four accounting firms will audit us. We see ourselves as a public and open company," he said.
Nova Poshta was founded in 2001. The company is a leader on the express delivery market in Ukraine. Its network includes over 2,300 depots and 1,400 pick-up and drop-off points in over 1,000 cities and towns of Ukraine.
