The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) from February 13 started stress tests for 37 banks which have not yet passed them, the NBU has reported on its website.
"In 2015-2016, the NBU conducted stress tests for 60 largest banks in terms of assets. Now it is time for stress tests of the rest of the banks which assets are less than 2% of the total assets of the banking system. This is will be done in two stages – until June 1 and until August 1, 2017," the press service said, citing Deputy NBU Governor Kateryna Rozhkova.
