Deposit guarantee fund decides to increase PrivatBank's charter capital by UAH 35.941 bln on Dec 19

The Individuals Deposit Guarantee Fund on December 19 decided to increase the charter capital of PrivatBank by UAH 35.941 billion, privately placing additional shares, according to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

The fund said that the charter capital of PrivatBank is UAH 21.256 billion.

Some 128.359 million shares with a face value of UAH 280 per share will be placed.

Bids to buy shares could be submitted on December 20.
