Statistics service improves forecast for Ukraine's GDP growth in Q3 to 2%
Ukraine's real gross domestic product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2016 increased by 2% compared to the third quarter of 2015, which is 0.2 percentage points higher than the previously made assessment, according to the website of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
"GDP in the third quarter of 2016 compared with the previous quarter (seasonally adjusted) increased by 0.5%, while compared to the third quarter of 2015 by 2%. Nominal GDP amounted to UAH 664.7 billion, and that per capita some UAH 15,568 (in the third quarter of 2015 some UAH 13,155)," the report states.
