UTG extends exclusive brokerage agreement with Lavina Mall trade center
UTG Consulting Company (Kyiv), the exclusive broker of Ukraine's largest trade and entertainment center Lavina Mall, which was grandly opened on December 1, has extended a relevant contract with the investor, UTG has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"At present the company has leased 78% of retail space in the center, which is 100% of all signed contracts, and will continue to seek tenants in 2017," the company said.
According to its data, among the tenants attracted with the participation of UTG specialists are Spain's Inditex, Poland's LPP, Turkey's LC Waikiki, McDonalds, KFC, Arber Fashion Group, Eldorado, Comfy, Citrus, Budynok Іhrashok, Silpo, Multiplex, Brocard, Antoshka, MIKKI, Mothercare, Smyk, New Yorker, Gloria Jeans, and others.
"Most of the tenants will open in a new format, on large areas, as well as with new, not previously applied concepts," the company said.
In addition, UTG said it is continuing negotiations to attract other objects of international brands that are not represented in Ukraine to Lavina Mall: Burger King, C&A, Forever 21, Hamleys, H&M, Starbucks, TK Maxx, Toys "R" US and others.
