PM criticizes operation of SPF

Ukraine's State Property Fund (SPF) is the ineffective structure, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said.

"I think that the State Property Fund in our country requires tough reanimation. This is the structure that shows itself as an absolutely ineffective one," he said at a government meeting on Wednesday.

He said that the recent tender to privatize Odesa Port-Side Plant showed that the fund is not able to effectively conduct privatization and manage state-owned property.
