Ukrnaftoburinnia refuses to take part in tender to sell Odesa Port-Side Plant
Private joint-stock company Ukrnaftoburinnia, the co-owners of which are businessman Ihor Kolomoisky an MP Vitaliy Khomutynnik, has decided not to participate in the tender to sell 99.567% of shares in public joint-stock company Odesa Port-Side Plant, the UNIAN news agency, which belongs to Kolomoisky, reported on Wednesday.
A day before, on the day when submission of bids for the tender expired, Ukrnaftoburinnia criticized the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) for its preparation of the tender.
IBE Trade Corp. (the United States) of businessman of Ukrainian origin Alex Rovt and Amjad Investments (United Arab Emirates) also expressed their desire to participate in the tender.
