Heads of schools, universities will submit e-declarations as of 2017
Principals of state- and city-owned schools, colleges and universities will be required to submit electronic declarations from January 1, 2017, according to a response of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NACP) on the request of Internet portal Osvіta.ua.
According to it, starting from 2017 the heads of educational departments of regional, Kyiv city and district state administrations and heads of educational institutions of state and municipal forms of ownership, as well as their deputies performing supervisory functions will be required to report on their income in electronic form.
In its response, the NACP says that only officials who perform regulatory or administrative duties on a permanent basis are subject to e-declaration.
