Eustream to provide for 2.8 mcm more capacity to supply gas to Ukraine in Q1 2017
Slovakia's gas transport system operator Eustream would increase the gas transportation capacity for Ukraine for the first quarter of 2017 by 30,000 MWh a day or around 2.8 million cubic meters (mcm) a day, the company has said on its website.
In Q4 2016 the gas transportation capacity for Ukraine from Slovakia (Budince exit point) was 42.5 mcm. On some days in November the daily imports from Slovakia exceeded 43 mcm.
On Monday, December 5, the additional capacity will be published on the web page of Eustream and made available for online-booking platform via Eustream customer zone.
