Eurovision 2017 semi-finals scheduled for May 9 and 11, final – for May 13
Leaders of the Ukraine's national state-run television company (NTKU) Oleksandr Kharebyn and Viktoria Romanova have been officially appointed as executive producers of the Eurovision 2017 song contest, show producer Stuart Barlow has become as part of the core team, the press service of the UA: Pershyi TV channel has said.
The release also says that semi-finals of Eurovision 2017 are planned to be held in Kyiv on May 9 and May 11, while the final is scheduled for May 13.
Romanova joined Ukraine's national state-run television company (NTKU) in 2005. She has been working at the company for 12 years. Since 2007 she is the chairman of the Ukrainian delegation at the Eurovision and in 2016 she headed the delegation of the winning team.
Kharebyn has been working as the Deputy Director General at the NTKU since 2015.
Show producer Barlow has over 5 years of experience in the Eurovision song contest, during which he has been working as a producer.
