Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers at a meeting on Wednesday approved license conditions for production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade with them, their imports, apart from active pharmaceutical ingredients, the State Service for Medicinal Products and Drugs Control has said on its Facebook page.
"The adoption of the license conditions permits to determine common requirements to medicines market players and it would create conditions for protecting lawful interests of citizens in the area of receiving medicines of the proper quality by them," the authority said.
The resolution sets a list of documents confirming the compliance of economic entities with the requirements of license conditions. The document establishes qualification, organization and special requirements to license holders, technical requirements to the material and technical base and other papers.
