Ukraine already sees compensation due to free trade with EU after loss of Russian market - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says that the market of the European Union has started to gradually counter-balance the loss Ukraine's economy sustained due to the hybrid warfare launched by Russia.
"The EU's share in our foreign trade is now 41%, the market of the European Union has started to gradually counter-balance that huge blow to our Ukrainian economy, the social sphere, living standards, which was caused by Russia when it waged the war and also blocked the access of Ukrainian goods to its market and transit shipments to other markets as part of the hybrid warfare," he said during events in Kyiv on Monday on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity.
