The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in November 2016 send UAH 14 billion to the national budget, according to a posting about budget revenues as of November 17 posted on the website of the State Treasury Service.
The press service of the NBU said that the tranche was sent last week.
As reported, the NBU Council on October 25 approved the consolidated report of the central bank for 2015 and redistribution of its profit. This permits to send a part of profit – UAH 38.164 billion – to the national budget.
The NBU decided to send the sum in several tranches to avoid the influence on price stability in the country. The first tranche of UAH 10 billion was sent to the budget late October. The next tranches are scheduled for November and December in the amount of UAH 14 billion and UAH 14.164 billion respectively.
