Ukrnafta raises profitability by $30-40 per tonne of oil due to tolling scheme

PJSC Ukrnafta has increased profitability by $30-40 per tonne of crude oil due to its tolling processing at Kremenchuk oil refinery, company deputy president for processing and sales Feliks Lunev has said.

"By changing the scheme of work for tolling, we've got an extra $30-40 per tonne of oil that make up profit for the company," he said at the Petroleum Ukraine 2016 conference in Kyiv.

Lunev noted that maintaining cooperation with the structures of Privat Group in some areas also makes a significant economic effect.

"Today I have the cheapest delivery by tank trucks to fuel stations. We do not have any tank farm and we do not pay for storage. Fuel is delivered from the refinery," he said.

According to him, today the company's network includes 537 fuel filling stations, most of which demonstrate good sales. Last month they sold 49,000 tonnes of petroleum products.

Ukrnafta plans next year to equip 150 gas modules at its stations, in addition the company plans to renew the brand, rebrand the filling stations.
