The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has approved the order of control and full verification of electronic declarations submitted by persons authorized to perform state or local governance functions.
According to the NACP press service, the decision was made at a meeting on November 11.
According to NACP Deputy Chairman Ruslan Radetsky, this document defines the unified approach of agency authorized persons to monitoring and full verification of submitted declarations.
In accordance with the procedure, the NACP will hold the following types of control over declarations: timeliness, accuracy and completeness, logic and arithmetic control.
NACP authorized persons will make conclusions on the results of comprehensive checks on e-declarations.
The NACP also adopted a procedure of monitoring the lifestyle of persons authorized to perform state or local governance functions.
