U.S. to study extension of anti-dumping duties on Ukrainian urea for more five years
The United States will study the expansion of anti-dumping duties on Ukrainian dry urea for more five years, the press service of the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry has reported.
The procedure for revising the anti-dumping duties was started on November 1 as the previous five-year period expired. The interested parties have 10 days to register as participant of the investigation and 30 days (starting from November 1) for provision of written comments.
"If there were no grounded comments of experts and no interest of U.S. manufacturers in extending the duties, the issue will be revised under the quick procedure, and the duties could be expanded for next five years," the ministry said.
