Film Festival "Molodist" to be known worldwide as "Kyiv International Film Festival" – Klitschko
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has attended the closing ceremony of the 46th Film Festival "Molodist" (Youth), with which the Kyiv City State Administration has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation this year, the press service of Kyiv City State Administration has said.
"I have come to congratulate all the participants and guests of the Film Festival "Molodist." Residents of Kyiv and guests of the capital for a week had the opportunity to enjoy good movies – an art that brings emotions, impressions, makes people cry, laugh and generally makes people better. I believe that "Molodist" should not only be a cinema event, the festival should also promote tourism in Kyiv. We have much to be proud of and we have to tell it to the whole world," Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
At this year's film festival 87 movies competed, over two hundred films from 60 countries were presented at the festival.
