UAE company to acquire control over Constanta airline

AP Holdings Limited, registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), intends to acquire control over PJSC Constanta Airline (Zaporizhia).

According to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, the company intends to acquire 9.336 million common registered shares with a nominal value of UAH 0.25 per share, which accounts for 99.81% of the company's charter capital.

According to the commission, at the end of the second quarter of 2016 a similar share in the airline belonged to Cypriot Energy Standard Projects Limited, which reportedly is a subsidiary of Energy Standard Group owned by businessman Konstantin Grigorishin.

Constanta Airline, according to the register of civil aircraft, has one passenger aircraft for local airlines Yak-40 produced in 1977.
