Ukrenergo, Transparency International, CoST agree on monitoring of projects
Ukrenergo has signed a memorandum with NGOs Transparency International and CoST (Construction Sector Transparency Initiative) on monitoring the use of funds in the framework of its projects.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, the relevant document was signed in Kyiv on October 27.
"The memorandum provides for accountability of all the phases of the project according to international standards, verification of information by a group of independent consulting engineers," the press service of Ukrenergo said.
A pilot project within cooperation will be the installation of the third 330/110/35 kV autotransformer at the Chernivtsi substation.
