Ukrzaliznytsia evades taxes worth UAH 2 bln – Fiscal service

PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia has evaded payment of taxes in the amount of nearly UAH 2 billion, according to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, referring to head of the large taxpayers office Yevhen Bambizov.

"We have recently completed checks on Ukrzaliznytsia. It was found the company evaded payment of taxes worth over UAH 1.5 billion, including by carrying out fictitious transactions for more than UAH 200 million. In addition, we have established and have already proven in court tax evasion by one of the Ukrzaliznytsia structures, namely Ukrzaliznychpostach (now the Centre for Production Provision) in the amount of about UAH 350 million," Bambizov wrote on his Facebook page.
