Court decides to collect $200 mln from ex-owners of Creative in favor of Oschadbank
Kropyvnytsky's Kirovsksy district court has decided to fully satisfy the claim of Oschadbank (Kyiv) against former top managers and owners of Creative company Maksym Berezkin and Yuriy Davydov who are guarantors of the company's debts of around $200 million, the bank has said in a press release.
The bank said that at present two more claims against the former top managers of Creative are being heard by courts on collection of a debt.
In May 2016, Leninsky district court of Kirovohrad (now Kropyvnytsky) fully satisfied a claim of Oschadbank against former top manager and owner of Creative Group, Maksym Berezkin, who acted under a surety on the company's debts of $25 million. The court arrested all movable and immovable property of Berezkin.
