Rumors about Ukraine's unreadiness for winter unfounded - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has refuted rumors the country is not ready for the coming winter.
"I would like to categorically refute the rumors and gossips about being unprepared for winter," he said at a meeting of the Regional Development Council in Kyiv.
The head of state noted he would like a clear coordination on the issue between the president, the government and heads of regional state administrations.
Poroshenko also said that by the reform of the energy sector Ukraine "demonstrated its energy independence, first of all, from the aggressor country, and diversified of energy sources."
