Canada to assign over $8 mln to support Ukrainian National Police
Canada has announced the allocation of extra $8.1 million to support the Ukrainian National Police, Ukrainian Ambassador to Canada Andriy Shevchenko said.
"Canada will assign $6.6 million for Ukrainian National Police training and another $1.5 million for police equipment - [Canadian] Foreign Minister Stephane Dion," Shevchenko said on Twitter.
